to manage your calendar and related activities. This is
part of the property management system.
- This Appointment Management can
help you to setup the appointment, keep track of the to-do list, and
record all the income and expense for every activities. In fact, all the
activities are based on a calendar of your own and save in a secured
database of your own.<
- You can click on the date to
setup a new appointment. Then, all the income or expense from this
appointment can be recorded. You can update the appointment or the
income / expense at anytime by clicking on the event. You also can
delete an appointment if it is not needed. However, if you enter the
income or expense for an aevent, you cannot delete it unless you first
remove the income or expense (by set them to 0).
- Use the [Prev] or [Next] buttons, you can scroll
the year and month to show the monthly calendar of the selected year and
month. Once you click on the date or the event to enter the Add or Edit
menu, you still can change the date when needed.
- Click on the [Summary] tab to show all the events
you setup.
