A: When you login to ACenter, after authentication, we will send you a small identification to your PC. With this identification, you can use all the services in the ACenter. This identification is in the form of cookie. But if you change the security settings for your browser to restrict the cookies, ACenter may not work properly.
Before making any change, please check your clock settings for your computer. Make sure the date and time are correct.
Please check the settings in your Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE) as below:
- From Tools, click on Internet Options.
- Select the Security tab, click on the Internet, set the scale to Medium.
- Click on the Privacy tab above, set the scale to Medium as default.
- If your Privacy needs to be higher, you can raise to Medium-High or High but not to Block All Cookies. When you change to Medium High or High, you must edit the cookie handling. Click on Edit button below and enter http://www.acenter.com. Click on Allow button then click on OK to complete the settings.
- If you use Netscape or other browsers, please make the similar changes as above.
